• Safeguards: disclosure only when legally required

5.1 Vetting & Onboarding – all sub-processors undergo due-diligence checks (security posture, GDPR/CCPA alignment, reputation).

5.2 Transfer Mechanisms – if personal data leaves your jurisdiction, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (EU/UK) or another approved safeguard.

5.3 Current List – request an up-to-date list any time via kslitton@snaptaskai.com; we’ll supply it within ten (10) business days.

5.4 Advance Notice – we notify active clients at least ten (10) days before onboarding any new sub-processor that will handle their data, giving you the right to object on reasonable privacy grounds.

6 International Transfers

When we move EU/UK personal data outside the EEA/UK, we apply the safeguards in § 5.2 and maintain transfer-impact assessments as required.

7 Security

We employ encryption in transit, least-privilege access, regular token rotation, and secure coding practices. No method of transmission is 100 % secure, but we follow industry standards.

8 Data Retention

Project-related data is retained for 3 months after project completion, then deleted or anonymised unless longer retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.

9 Your Rights

Where privacy laws apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact kslitton@snaptaskai.com.
